ARTURO PEREZ-REYES JOINS SAYLOR & HILL
Former Marsh Executive To Specialize in Technology Risks

OAKLAND, Calif., Jan. 4, 2007 – Saylor & Hill, a leading provider of risk management, insurance and employee benefits services, today announced that Arturo Perez-Reyes, a nationally known risk management expert who specializes in helping companies better manage technology-related risks, has joined the firm.

Perez-Reyes has extensive experience working with the Fortune 500 and middle market companies to quantify and insure liability and property risks stemming from technology, intellectual property, privacy, security, and compliance. His work includes providing strategic risk assessments and creating a wide range of solutions for financial institutions, telecos, gaming, education, healthcare, and technology companies in the U.S., United Kingdom and Europe.

A former lecturer at UC Berkeley’s Haas School of Business and the University of Chicago, Perez-Reyes will focus on helping Saylor & Hill’s clients manage their technology and e-commerce risks.

Before joining Saylor & Hill, Perez-Reyes was a Vice President for Marsh Risk and Insurance in San Francisco, where he served financial and professional services companies. At Marsh, he was responsible for West Coast and global sales of IP, cyber, and tech-E&O insurance. While at Marsh, Perez-Reyes also helped launch the company’s online-learning unit, Trainamation. Earlier in his career, he worked for UC Berkeley as Assistant to the Vice Chancellor in Resource, Planning and Budget.
