SAYLOR & HILL APPOINTS STEVE FRATUS
Experienced Associate Expands Consulting Team

OAKLAND, Calif., Nov. 14, 2005 – Saylor & Hill, a leading provider of risk management, insurance and employee benefits services, today announced that Steve Fratus, an employee benefits executive with 10 years of experience, has joined the firm.

Fratus will work with Saylor & Hill’s employee benefits consulting team at the firm’s Oakland headquarters, developing and implementing comprehensive benefits’ solutions for clients.
